Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist sales and customer service teams by tracking leads and follow-ups.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions, sales pipeline, and feedback.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM database.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional follow-ups through the CRM.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and daily transactions.
  • Help prepare invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.
  • Process payments and track accounts payable/receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly closing.
  • Maintain organized records of financial documents and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with the finance team during audits and tax filing periods.

1-2 years experience in CRM, Accounts, Payments, Form Filling, Customer calling, Collections, Data management, Customer relations, Follow ups, Final payments, No dues.
