Key Responsibilities:CRM Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.Assist sales and customer service teams by tracking leads and follow-ups.Generate reports on customer interactions, sales pipeline, and feedback.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM database.Support marketing campaigns and promotional follow-ups through the CRM.Accounts Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and daily transactions.Help prepare invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.Process payments and track accounts payable/receivable.Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly closing.Maintain organized records of financial documents and customer accounts.Coordinate with the finance team during audits and tax filing periods.1-2 years experience in CRM, Accounts, Payments, Form Filling, Customer calling, Collections, Data management, Customer relations, Follow ups, Final payments, No dues.
