Job Description

Develop 2D wiring schematics and 3D wire harness assemblies using Creo Electrical tools.
Interpret system requirements and translate them into detailed electrical schematics and wiring layouts.
Create and manage wiring diagrams, connector tables, BOMs, and harness manufacturing drawings.
Collaborate with mechanical and electronics teams to ensure integration of electrical systems into the product.
Maintain design documentation and adhere to industry standards (such as IEC, EN, or internal customer specifications).
Participate in design reviews, design validation, and engineering change processes.
Support prototype development and troubleshoot design issues during assembly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Creo Schematics and Creo Cabling (Harness Design).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring practices, and component selection.
Experience in interpreting and preparing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with design change management, BOM generation, and drawing release processes.
Basic understanding of standards like EN 15016-4, IEC 60204,ISO 7010 or IPC/UL wire harness standards is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
