We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to lead our retail credit team in Bengaluru. Roles and Responsibility Own the entire credit underwriting process for the zone, including consistent application of credit policy and periodic reviews of existing customers. Engage in developing, implementing, reviewing, and monitoring various credit programs, and provide training and coaching to upgrade the competency of the team and improve processing efficiency. Efficiently handle the team, keep them motivated, and make quick decisions while being mindful that decision delayed is decision denied. Manage the credit buying process, which monitors turnarounds, approvals, sample review quality checks, and develop cross-functional collaboration to smooth business and ensure quick TAT. Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company-designed processes, policies, and reports. Job Minimum 8 years of experience in credit underwriting or a related field. Strong knowledge of credit policy, underwriting, and risk assessment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
