Credit Support - Team Member

As a Credit Support Specialist at our organization, you will be a valued member of the Loans group, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning and success of our financial services. Your responsibilities will include adhering to established QUALITY & QUANTITY SLAs, ensuring compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls, supporting the secondary trading desk, and liaising with various bank departments and external contacts. Timely follow-ups, completing all funding within SLA, and being the subject matter expert for process-related queries are vital aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record of delivery is required. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loans across different industries. Your ability to analyze large data sets, manage clients effectively, and communicate with stakeholders will be critical in meeting business objectives. Preferred qualifications for this role include the ability to build effective relationships with clients, internal partners, and peers, promptly recognizing and escalating issues or problems, developing domain expertise, and applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understanding the product lifecycle and product management area thoroughly will further enhance your performance in this role.
