Credit Risk Specialist

As a senior leader in Consumer Credit Risk, your role will involve driving strategy, governance, and execution across credit risk data, compliance, operations, and technology. You will be responsible for leading teams and programs, strengthening governance and controls, mitigating operational risk, ensuring regulatory adherence, overseeing data integration and transformation (including third-party data), driving innovation and automation, optimizing processes, managing stakeholders and vendors, and collaborating with legal, compliance, and audit teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead teams and programs - Strengthen governance and controls - Mitigate operational risk - Ensure regulatory adherence - Oversee data integration and transformation - Drive innovation and automation - Optimize processes - Manage stakeholders and vendors - Partner with legal, compliance, and audit teams In your role, you will own the end-to-end credit risk data lifecycle, implement data governance and controls, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, identify and mitigate data, model, and compliance risks, collaborate across Risk, IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and external partners, and lead automation and efficiency initiatives, including AI and ML.
