Credit Risk Model Development Analyst II

Role Overview: You will be part of the Global Consumer Bank (GCB) Risk Modeling Utility team, specifically supporting the US Consumer Banks Branded Cards portfolios. Your focus will be on Citi-branded card products, including proprietary portfolio and co-branded cards. Key Responsibilities: - Build Account Management Risk Models using traditional and Machine Learning techniques. - Develop models in compliance with Risk modeling policies and procedures. - Utilize technologies such as SAS, R, Python, H2O, Spark, and more for data extraction. - Deliver on all development phases from design through implementation. - Collaborate with Technology, Risk policy, and Governance teams to deliver decision risk models. - Practice presentation and articulation skills to convey complex concepts to various audiences. Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in Risk Modeling or a PhD degree in statistics, economics, or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of statistical modeling concepts and industry best practices. - Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python, Spark, and MS Office suite. - Demonstrated clear written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experience in Big data environments. - Bachelor's/University degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or equivalent.
