As a Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business practices to better serve our clients. Joining the CIB Risk organization, you will assist in the reporting and analytics processes. Your responsibilities will include managing core business operations, developing new capabilities, creating dashboards, and offering business insights through analytics. Your key responsibilities will involve directly creating and supporting QlikSense dashboards to present data in a manner that drives business growth and efficiency. You should be proficient in SQL queries to retrieve and reconcile data during migrations or enhancements. Collaborating with business managers and technology teams, you will design, develop, deploy, and enhance QlikSense dashboards. Additionally, you will oversee deployments, adhere to process controls, and manage access to the dashboards. The role also requires designing scalable solutions by integrating various technologies and platforms while ensuring that all automation and reporting align with the best practices and standards set by the Banking Analytics team. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science and possess extensive hands-on experience with QlikSense and SQL for data manipulation. Ideally, you should have 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Risk, Banking, or Finance domain. The successful candidate will be naturally curious, energetic, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities in any situation. Strong execution and project management skills are essential, along with organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will need to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you analyze issues, gather and manipulate data, and implement changes effectively. This role requires working in the EMEA shift timing from 1pm to 10pm.
