Credit Officer

Position Overview

The Credit Officer Video PD & VKYC will be responsible for conducting video personal discussions (Video PDs) and performing video-based KYC (VKYC) verification for loan applicants. This role ensures the authenticity of customer information and supports efficient loan processing while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video PDs to assess customer eligibility, repayment intent, and overall profile.
  
• Perform VKYC verification as per RBI and internal compliance standards.
  
• Ensure accurate customer documentation and information capture in system.
  
• Validate customer details against supporting documents for fraud prevention.
  
• Coordinate with sales and credit teams for quick decision-making and smooth processing.
  
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality parameters as defined by management.
  
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and maintain confidentiality of data.
  
• Adhere to company guidelines and compliance norms during the verification process.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.

• Languages known : Kannada/Hindi ( Mandatory )
  
• Experience: 0 1 year (Freshers are welcome).
  
• Preferred Background: Candidates from financial services, banking, or BPO background with exposure to customer interaction will be an added advantage.
