Credit Manager-Used Cars

As a Credit Manager for Used Car, your role will involve coordinating with the sales team to achieve the assigned area's target. You will directly interact with consumers to assess their credit worthiness, complete verifications, and comply with the company's credit policy guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate dealers" financial performance by analyzing their performance compared to industry standards and conducting financial statement analysis using financial ratios. - Prepare Credit Proposal Notes and Credit Recommendations for Inventory Funding Limits for both new and existing dealers. - Propose and review retail surrogate plans and assess retail business proposals. - Manage credit and business commitments, ensuring alignment with the bank's needs and objectives. - Identify key credit risks and factors for mitigation during proposal evaluations. - Monitor credit limits through Overdue Tracking, Stock Audit monitoring, and other relevant Management Information Systems (MIS). - Maintain a Master Database and various MIS reports. - Engage with dealers, Inventory & Retail Sales Managers, and Market Intelligence for effective communication and decision-making. - Monitor Stock Audits and take corrective actions in case of stock gaps or fund diversion. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
