Credit Manager - Loan Against Property - Prime - Jaipur - Golden Leaf - JM

Role Overview: As an Underwriter responsible for managing the portfolio in the assigned branch/location, your role involves reviewing and assessing a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines. You will underwrite proposals as per the laid-down policies and procedures to meet agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes. Conducting personal discussions with customers to establish creditworthiness and ensuring completion of credit/KYC documents and verifications are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS, and other operations-related MIS of the cluster and reporting regularly will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications and make decisions or recommend for approval - Conduct personal discussions with customers to establish creditworthiness and complete credit/KYC documents and verifications - Maintain Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS, and other operations-related MIS of the cluster - Build and leverage effective relationships with third parties for the best client outcomes - Take ownership of client queries, use industry knowledge to overcome challenges, and ensure service quality standards are exceeded - Undertake critical review of credit proposals to identify risks and ensure collateral and credit risk mitigation - Facilitate quick turnaround time of credit lending proposals in liaison with the sales team - Manage the credit underwriting function of the branch and ensure adherence to legal and documentation norms Qualification Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Role Overview: As an Underwriter responsible for managing the portfolio in the assigned branch/location, your role involves reviewing and assessing a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines.
