As a Credit Initiation Specialist 4 at our company, your role involves assisting in assessing individuals, companies, and institutions" creditworthiness to minimize risks to the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Applying a higher credit authority limit, varying by country - Supporting a wide range of products/services under limited supervision - Demonstrating technical/administrative expertise - Understanding how your duties relate to others in the unit and the unit's integration with others to achieve function objectives - Assessing risks when making business decisions, with a focus on compliance, ethical judgment, and transparency in reporting control issues To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge of technical principles/standards - Knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities - Attention to detail and task accuracy - Detailed knowledge of specialized administrative/technical skills - Ability to meet all local policy requirements for credit viability - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills You should have a High School diploma or equivalent education.
