A Day in the Life Experienced Individual contributor handling Credit and collection operations for the assigned customer accounts/countries under limited supervision. The Credit-Collection Clerk III is responsible for managing and collecting regular dues, overdue accounts while maintaining accurate credit records. This role involves direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payments, often requiring a higher level of experience and autonomy than entry-level positions.
Responsibilities:

Obtains and provides information on matters of moderate importance to the job area.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Credit and Collection operations, SAP operating system.
