Your role will also involve conducting credit analysis to evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants and coordinating with card distribution teams to ensure timely issuance of credit cards. In addition, you will be expected to achieve sales targets by promoting credit card products to potential customers. Effective communication skills will be essential as you build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or inquiries related to credit cards. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in credit card processing and management, along with proficiency in credit analysis and decision-making. Knowledge of business credit cards and their features will be beneficial. Staying updated with industry trends and regulations related to credit cards will also be part of your responsibilities.
