Credit Cards Intern

Role- Credit Cards Intern Location- Gurgaon Start date- Immediate Duration- 3 months Key responsibilities: Assist in onboarding and educating customers about credit card features, benefits, and application processes. Support lead generation and outreach efforts to potential customers. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for smooth application processing. Help resolve customer queries related to credit cards, documentation, and eligibility. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to suggest improvements. Stay updated on credit card market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, banking, or financial services. Basic understanding of credit card features and banking processes is a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
