Credit Card Sales Executive

We are looking for a Credit Card Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance for American Express in Mohali. As a key member of our Customer Acquisition team, you will be responsible for selling American Express credit cards to new customers, primarily through outbound calls, emails, or in-person interactions. Your main responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, building relationships with customers to understand their financial needs, making outbound calls, sending emails, or engaging in in-person conversations with prospective customers. You will also present the benefits and features of American Express credit cards, process applications, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or the credit card industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing sales strategies, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of credit card industry regulations and compliance, bilingual or multilingual skills, and a graduation degree.
