Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, events, etc.). Promote and sell the banks credit card products to both individual and business clients. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide customized credit card solutions. Conduct product presentations to clients and explain benefits, terms, and conditions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for continued business. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure the completion of all required documentation and compliance checks for credit card applications. Assist in the smooth processing of applications, ensuring clients understand and are informed at each step. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to stay competitive. Report on customer feedback and competitor activities to the management team. Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sales support. Ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
