Credit Analytics (Senior)

The incoming resource will be expected to work on detailed financial models and draft credit reports. You should possess strong financial analysis concepts and communication skills. The role may vary between individual contributor or team lead, collaborating with 2-4 analysts, based on your experience and alignment with the team's requirements. You will be responsible for: - Conducting detailed analysis of loan opportunities in various sectors across different geographies. - Drafting concise credit reports with key takeaways for credit and risk review. - Developing detailed financial models including transaction details, financial statement analysis, projections, ratio analysis, and credit metrics. - Performing sensitivity analysis on projections for stress testing on loan serviceability. - Identifying deal-specific covenants as early warning signals during loan monitoring. - Conducting detailed industry and market studies to comprehend the borrower's operating environment. - Engaging with clients to address data gaps, inconsistencies, and analytical frameworks. Desired Skills: - Thorough understanding of accounting and financial concepts for strong financial analysis. - Proficiency in drafting credit reports. - At least 6 years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills for interactions with Debt Directors, clients, and stakeholders in the UK and/or US. - Personal attributes like proactiveness, flexibility, creativity, result-driven mindset, responsibility, curiosity, teamwork, and quick learning ability. - Hands-on attitude with the capacity to grasp the bigger picture. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment emphasizing change and speed. - An MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA qualification from a reputable institute.,
