Requirements

Key Responsibilities :-

Credit Appraisal: Evaluate the financial strength and creditworthiness of real estate builders by analysing financials, cash flows, and promoter backgrounds.
Project Evaluation: Assess the legal, technical, and commercial feasibility of projects, ensuring compliance with RERA and project viability.
Risk Mitigation: Identify key risks and propose mitigants, structuring credit proposals with appropriate covenants and safeguards.
Documentation & Approvals: Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports, coordinate with internal teams for processing, and ensure all sanction terms are properly documented.
Portfolio Monitoring: Oversee ongoing projects, track disbursements and escrow utilization, and flag early warning signs for any project or borrower risk.
