About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent German-speaking professional to join our Real Estate team in Pune, India. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions within the REFX module, with a strong focus on lease accounting and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess advanced German language proficiency and a solid foundation in accounting principles, enabling them to manage financial and contractual documentation effectively while maintaining robust process controls.

What you will do

• Create, modify, and approve contracts within the REFX module.
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure robust monitoring and maintenance of process controls.
• Apply knowledge of lease accounting principles and procedures.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver high-quality, accurate business-as-usual (BAU) operations within deadlines.

Who you are

• Proficient in German (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong command of English for professional communication.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to work independently without direct or dotted reports.
