Creator Program & Social Influencer Manager

You will play a crucial role as the Creator Program Manager at Salt Oral Care, leading the charge in building and scaling Salt's influencer and creator partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying, vetting, and onboarding creators aligned with Salts vibe and values across various tiers. You will be the key person in managing long-term relationships with creators, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of compelling content that resonates with our audience. Collaborating closely with the brand and performance teams, you will co-create campaign briefs and execute influencer-led content for product launches, events, and other brand initiatives. Your role will involve optimizing content for virality and engagement while maintaining brand consistency across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in fostering community building initiatives like Creator Labs, Switch to Salt Challenges, and Creator Trips. By building an ambassador network and generating user-generated content assets monthly, you will transform creators into passionate advocates and storytellers for Salt Oral Care. Your proficiency in analytics and reporting will be crucial in tracking the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. By leveraging data insights, you will build monthly/quarterly dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness and iterate quickly to achieve growth and revenue goals. Your success in this role will be driven by your 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, your deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial social behavior, and your passion for aesthetics, culture, storytelling, and viral content. Additionally, your strong negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and organizational prowess will be essential in navigating the dynamic landscape of influencer marketing at Salt Oral Care.,
