About the Role

Creatives & Marketing Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality marketing videos, social media reels, promotional clips, brand stories, testimonials, and campaign videos.
  • Work with raw footage, graphics, audio, and animations to create polished and visually appealing outputs.
  • Understand project briefs and translate creative concepts into engaging video content.
  • Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that align with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt existing content into various formats for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support content creation by providing creative direction, improving storyboarding, and suggesting innovative ideas.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video assets while maintaining consistency and brand quality.
  • Maintain an organized library of footage, project files, templates, and design elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize videos for reach, engagement, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience

    as a Video Editor, Creative Editor, or Marketing Content Editor.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects

    , and other editing or motion graphics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio balancing, and video optimization for digital platforms.
  • Experience producing short-form and long-form content for corporate, creative, or social media campaigns.
  • A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and marketing best practices.
  • A portfolio/reel showcasing relevant video editing and creative work (mandatory).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.
  • Experience creating animated explainers or branded motion graphics.
