Collaborating closely with our Influencer Marketing team, you will be tasked with developing innovative campaign ideas, researching target audiences, and shaping compelling narratives that resonate with the brand's messaging. Your responsibilities will include researching and crafting high-quality concepts and scripts for various influencer campaigns, spanning video content, social media ads, product reviews, and brand endorsements. Tailoring organic content ideas for different creators and platforms such as Instagram and YouTube will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will stay updated on content trends and cultural moments to adapt to creators" profiles effectively. Working hand in hand with talent managers and creators, you will align content direction with audience growth objectives while ensuring the authenticity of the creator's voice in branded campaigns. Creating visually appealing pitch decks for campaigns, reviewing, editing, and proofreading scripts, and managing multiple projects within tight deadlines will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing and branding, and a keen awareness of social media trends and best practices. A strong grasp of digital content platforms, the creator economy, and social media trends is essential.
