We're on the lookout for a creative content writer who not only understands brand voice but can shape it—from social captions to case studies. You’ll be the words behind our ideas, campaigns, and communication. Someone who knows how to write with structure, strategy, and spark.

Responsibilities –

  1. Write compelling brand content based on detailed briefs across multiple formats: social posts, scripts, pitch decks, campaign lines, and case studies.
  2. Conduct thorough

    brand and market research

    to understand the brand’s tone, competitors, audience, and market trends.
  3. Develop

    scripts

    with strong hooks, CTAs, visual cues, and clear

    supers/USPs

    for performance and brand campaigns.
  4. Ideate and write copy for presentations,

    pitch decks

    , and

    case studies

    , ensuring clarity, structure, and creative impact.
  5. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm ideas and bring them to life through words.
  6. Stay updated with the latest content, social media, and marketing trends, especially around pop culture and digital behavior.
  7. Support in the content creation process for TheBoredMonkey and its clients—adding value through strong storytelling.
  8. Maintain consistency in tone, language, and narrative across all communication formats.

Duration & Working Hours –

Working Hours – 11 am to 7 pm.

Skills and Qualifications –

  1. Prior experience or strong knowledge in

    content writing and scriptwriting

    .
  2. Should be familiar with adding hooks, visual suggestions, supers (USPs), and CTAs in scripts.
  3. Understanding of

    brand language

    , tone, and storytelling.
  4. Good knowledge of Canva and a basic understanding of visual design to assist with content layout.
  5. Awareness of social media platforms, digital content trends, and tools like AI-powered writing and creative platforms.
  6. Ability to work in fast-paced environments under deadlines and contribute proactively.
