Creative Visual Designer – AI & Social Media Focus

We are looking for a highly CREATIVE and resourceful visual designer with a strong command of AI design tools and a keen eye for social media aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone who lives on Pinterest, understands visual storytelling for Instagram, and can blend AI-powered image creation with real-world content production. If you can place products beautifully with bold typography, have a flair for styling shoots, and understand what makes a scroll-stopping visual, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: • Use AI tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to generate visually compelling product images and concept art. • Browse and analyze platforms like Pinterest and Instagram to stay updated with visual trends and moodboards. • Create campaign creatives for Meta ads, reels, and emailers that align with the brand voice. • Design social media posts with great typography, smart text placement, and optimal sizing for various platforms. • Assist in setting up and styling product shoots – basic lighting, model positioning, backdrop setup. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize, produce, and execute visual content. • Occasionally work on short video/gif animations, stop-motion effects, and reels. • Ensure all creatives meet visual consistency, aesthetic quality, and platform-specific standards. Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in design, content creation, or social media visuals (fashion or lifestyle brand experience preferred). • Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.). • Strong grasp of design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma. • Good sense of typography, layout, and composition for digital platforms. • Familiarity with lighting basics and setting up for a product or lookbook shoot. • Ability to create moodboards and visual references. • Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail. • Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing or reels.
