What You’ll Do:

• Shoot original video content (Reels, BTS, Podcasting, offers, promo snippets)
• Edit videos using trending styles, audio, and transitions
• Script short ideas or storyboards for content
• Capture brand partners, in-store clips, & user experience shots
• Stay ahead of trends (IG, YT Shorts, etc.)
• Own the end-to-end video content process
• Work closely with social & marketing team for content planning

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative doer, not a domain-bound thinker
• Basic understanding of lighting, camera angles, framing, etc.
• Knows Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar
• Familiar with trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and style formats
• Good camera sense (DSLR or mobile – doesn't matter if the content slaps)
• Can multitask and switch between filming and editing with ease
• Bonus: Knows how to shoot in real-world/local setups (cafes, stores, street)

• Are into meme culture, Indian humor, or storytelling
• Have a personal reel page or portfolio to show off
• Love startup energy and want to grow with us
