Creative UI/UX Designer

1. About the Role

At Summit Solutions, we design and build digital experiences that empower businesses and delight users. We are seeking a Creative UI/UX Designer who can combine aesthetics with functionality to create intuitive, user-centered designs. You will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of web and mobile products for clients across diverse industries.

If you have a strong design sense, a deep understanding of user behavior, and expertise with the latest design and AI-powered prototyping tools, this role is for you.

2. What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Utilize AI-based design and prototyping tools to streamline and enhance creative workflows.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistent user experiences.
• Optimize user flows and interfaces for performance, accessibility, and cross-device usability.
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure world-class product design.

3. What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive and visually stunning projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Adobe Firefly, Framer AI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping user journeys.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and developers.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design best practices.
• Bonus: Experience in motion design, 3D interactions, or front-end prototyping (HTML/CSS/React).
