Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Technologist with deep expertise in Photoshop, automation, and generative AI to design and develop advanced demos, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and hands-on labs. The role focuses on building innovative, reusable, and scalable solutions that demonstrate next-generation creative workflows, AI integration, and automation for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with creative problem-solving, and can translate manual design tasks into intelligent, repeatable, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows and intelligent integrations inside and around Photoshop using low-code/no-code platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Lead end-to-end design and development of demos, PoCs, and internal tools showcasing AI-assisted creative production using Photoshop actions, batch automation, and generative APIs.
• Create and maintain dynamic templating and image-processing pipelines, integrating Photoshop-based API endpoints for scalable creative output.
• Build interactive UIs, extensions, and custom panels (React, Vue, or similar) that demonstrate automated and AI-augmented Photoshop workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to convert manual design tasks into intelligent, brand-safe, repeatable systems.
• Continuously explore next-generation creative automation, combining scripting, generative AI services, and workflow orchestration to enhance productivity and creative quality.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience building automation solutions using platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Deep expertise in Photoshop, including actions, scripting (ExtendScript or UXP), smart-object automation, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with other creative tools such as InDesign, Premiere Pro–type editors, After Effects–style tools, or Lightroom-type applications, and their role in automated or templated pipelines.
• Solid proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and backend development with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of design systems, automation principles, and user experience for creative tooling.
• A passion for reimagining creative workflows through automation, generative AI, and intelligent system design.
