As an experienced Events Conceptualizer, your role will involve conceptualizing and curating experiences/content for a diverse range of events including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, special events, social events, and weddings. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. - Pitching and writing concept presentations effectively. - Facilitating clear and timely communication between the creative team and internal stakeholders such as client servicing, production, film, graphic design, and set design. - Contributing to the agency's portfolio by ensuring client satisfaction and winning pitches. - Creating project checklists and timelines, and monitoring planning module progress for seamless event execution. - Having knowledge of digital marketing and public relations to provide valuable insights for specific briefs. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualification Required: - Graduation/Diploma in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, or Digital Marketing. Work Experience: - 3 to 7 years of experience in creative fields like Experiential Marketing, Advertising, Visual Merchandising, Interior design, Architecture, Theatre, Films, or Design. Desired Skills: - Ability to generate creative ideas and high-quality content. - Proficiency in storytelling through words and visuals. - Strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for colors. - Ability to assess and uphold the quality of production across various mediums such as print, digital, films, and written content for live events. - Creative confidence and a focus on brand building. - Diverse interests in the Arts, including literature, design, poetry, films, gaming, interiors, photography, and entertainment.
