Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Strategy Manager for Stone Soup with experience in campaign conceptualisation, content creation, Meta ads, and reporting.

Stone Soup is a coffee-scented, pet-friendly agency based in Mumbai. A full-service creative solutions agency that has worked with over 100 brands, start-ups, NGOs, initiatives & individuals across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Mentorship:

-Manage a team of executives and lead the conceptualisation and management of social media campaigns and brand strategy projects.

-Regularly up-skill the team on research methodologies, content creation techniques, and the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

-Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

  • Content Strategy and Optimization:

-Develop and optimize content strategies across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.

-Ensure the alignment of content with brand objectives and drive engagement.

  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

-Assess and analyze campaign performance against KPIs.

-Produce insightful monthly reports that provide strategic recommendations based on content analysis and performance metrics.

  • Creative Team Collaboration:

-Collaborate with the creative team, overseeing the development of copy and design briefs.

  • Research and Referencing:

-Lead research efforts for campaign inspiration, staying ahead of industry trends and gathering references to guide creative direction.

  • Performance Management:

-Set and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets across all brands; monitor team progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Innovation:

-Collaborate with the team to develop and implement live creativity and current trends.

  • Pitches and New Client Acquisition:

-Lead the strategy development for pitches and onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Social Media management.
  • Proficiency in social media growth and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by fostering team building, upskilling team members, and effectively solving problems to drive continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
  • Basic knowledge of META Ads and their application.
  • Organizational, team leading and time management abilities.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving & receiving feedback.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic social media landscapes.
