Creative Production Executive

Role Overview:
We need someone who can handle indoor and outdoor shoots, support basic editing or digital tasks, and coordinate smoothly with the team.This is a production-focused role with flexibility to work on ads, communication or editing based on skill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot indoor and outdoor videos for clients
• Handle camera, lighting and basic production setup
• Support editors with raw footage, file management and shoot notes
• Do basic video editing (if skilled)
• Coordinate with the SMM team for content requirements
• Communicate changes related to landing pages, ads or content
• Assist in small creative tasks when required
• Travel for shoots when needed
• Maintain a clean and organised shoot workflow
• Ensure shoots are smooth, structured and on time

Requirements:

• Basic camera handling experience (DSLR or mobile)
• Understanding of framing, angles, lighting and audio
• Willingness to travel for shoots
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask (shoot + basic editing or ads or client coordination)
• Freshers welcome if they are passionate about shooting or editing

Good to Have:

• Strong camera operation skills
• Experience handling lights, tripods, mics and full shoot setup
• Premiere Pro or CapCut editing knowledge
• Canva knowledge
• Basic experience with FB/IG ads
• Comfortable coordinating with clients or team members
• Interest in growing in digital marketing and content creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
