You will be joining a direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand, where the vision is to advocate the / SAADAA way of living and create better basics for everyone. Being one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India, the company has achieved significant growth from a 100 sq. ft. garage to a 150+ people team within just 4 years. As a Creative Production Executive at / SAADAA, you will be responsible for developing and owning the content calendar across brand touchpoints. Your role will involve ideating campaigns, product-led stories, reels, founder-led content, and more in alignment with the brand direction. You will strategize content based on different goals such as awareness, engagement, product education, or storytelling. Staying updated on cultural trends, meme culture, creator content, and lifestyle references will be crucial to keeping the content fresh. Collaboration with writers, designers, and videographers will be essential to bring your ideas to life. Moreover, working closely with marketing and creative leads to align content with broader brand objectives and tracking content performance to learn from the outcomes will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in content strategy, production, or creative planning. - Strong understanding of what resonates with people in content. - Structured creativity skills - capable of both ideating and organizing effectively. - Excellent communication skills and a keen visual sense. - Ability to collaborate across roles and departments. - Experience working with D2C brands or in lifestyle/fashion content is advantageous. - Bonus points if you have experience working with production teams or are familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, or Trello.
