Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Creative Product Designer who can transform ideas, requirements, and user insights into engaging and user-friendly design solutions. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product ideas, requirements, and user insights into creative design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and tools.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Advocate for the user at every step of the product development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
• Ability to create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience working in consumer-facing digital products or creative industries.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or 3D design tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
