🎬 Responsibilities:

• Ideate & Package Branded IPs

  : Create decks, treatments, and campaign structures

• Plan & Lead Shoots

  : Manage logistics, scripts, locations, and on-ground teams

• Oversee Post-Production

  : Coordinate timelines, ensure brand approvals, finalize edits

• Client Coordination

  : Manage approvals, feedback loops, delivery expectations

• Team Collaboration

  : Work with editors, designers, DOPs, and creators

• Content Scalability

  : Help adapt 1 campaign into 5 platform-native formats

• Performance Loop

  : Learn from analytics to refine future formats

🔧 Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in content production or brand storytelling
• Excellent communicator — verbal, written, and visual (decks!)
• Understanding of branded content, creator collaborations, and fast-paced edits
• Hands-on with shoot management (studio + location)
• Confident handling both brand stakeholders and internal teams
• Calm under chaos — you’re the one making things happen while others panic

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Experience with creator economy or social-first brands
• Understanding of scripting, basic visual direction, or production design
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, Shorts, YouTube storytelling
• Basic edit oversight or feedback skills
