You will be working as a Creative Producer & Host for Business & Finance at Pinkvilla, one of India's largest digital platforms in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion space. With over 30 million unique users and a social media following of 21 million, Pinkvilla is at the forefront of digital storytelling. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Content Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focusing on business news, finance tips, investment insights, and market trends aligned with the channel's objectives. - **Video Production:** Oversee the end-to-end production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of high-quality videos to resonate with the target audience. - **Audience Engagement:** Drive audience growth through compelling storytelling and innovative content formats. Monitor channel analytics for performance optimization. - **Collaborations:** Forge partnerships with industry experts, influencers, and brands to enhance content quality and reach. - **Monetization:** Work towards revenue generation goals through effective monetization strategies such as partnerships, sponsorships, and ad placements. - **Teamwork:** Collaborate closely with video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to foster a creative work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Act as the Anchor and face of Pinkvilla's YouTube and Instagram platforms. - Conceptualize and develop engaging videos, conduct research, and prepare scripts/questionnaires. - Take the lead in conceptualizing and hosting new videos or formats that align with the brand. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead the production process. - Proven ability to work effectively with a team. - Prior experience in anchoring. - Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content trends. - Enthusiastic about exploring new formats and expanding the channel's content library.,
