Role Overview

We’re hiring a versatile Creative Marketing & Design Associate who is strong in design and digital marketing, can manage multiple projects, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital & print assets in

  Canva

  and

  Adobe CC

  (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
• Manage & update

  WordPress

  sites.
• Plan, design, write captions, and schedule content for

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

  , etc.
• Assist with

  email marketing

  (design, basic copy, scheduling).
• Create marketing collateral (flyers, PDFs, pitch decks, banners).
• Support daily creative + admin tasks across projects.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns.
• Maintain a working overlap until

  12 PM California time

  (late evening IST).

Requirements

• Strong skills in

  Canva

  and

  WordPress

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  .
• Experience designing for

  print & digital

  .
• Familiar with

  social media management

  and

  email tools

  (e.g., Mailchimp/Constant Contact).
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good written & verbal

  English

  .

• Training provided

  on company workflows/systems.

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere/Rush), simple motion graphics.
• Elementor/Divi experience, basic HTML/CSS.
• Analytics basics (Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, UTM tags).
