Hybrid
: Work from office
8-10 days per month,
or as and when required, and
Rest of the days
can be done remotely.
Flexible work hours, outcome-focused approach.

What You'll Do

Design and create
high-quality, engaging visual content for:

WhatsApp statuses
Instagram and YouTube posts and reels/shorts/videos
Student success stories and event highlights
LinkedIn profile management of key leadership
Social Media presence across multiple platforms

Collaborate
with our counselling and operations teams to plan content that resonates with students and parents.
Ideate and execute
marketing campaigns that align with ongoing student intakes and seasonal events.
Optional but appreciated:

Run and manage Google Ads
campaigns to drive leads.
Edit or fine-tune creatives using
Photoshop
if needed.

What We're Looking For

Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken
Ability ranging from visualisation to execution of social media presence across multiple channels adhering to the specific requirements of each
Strong working knowledge of
Canva
or similar web editing tool (must-have)
Bonus: Knowledge of
Google Ads,

Photoshop
Good eye for visual detail and storytelling through design
Ability to manage timelines and adapt quickly to content needs (ex: scholarships, student success stories, festival campaigns etc.)
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a small, dedicated team
