Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan and manage creative marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google, specifically tailored to engage Tamil-speaking users.

Content Ideation:

Develop compelling content idea,s text, visuals, videos, and memes that are relevant, humorous, and culturally in tune with Tamil audiences.

Creative Direction:

Collaborate with internal designers, video editors, or freelance creators to bring your ideas to life with authenticity and impact.

Audience Insight & Trendspotting:

Stay updated on regional trends, festivals, viral topics, and local humor to ensure content resonates deeply with your audience.

Platform Management:

Take ownership of content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking across social media platforms.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor ad and content performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Native or fluent Tamil speaker (spoken, written, and cultural understanding)

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation

Proven success in running Facebook/Google ad campaigns

Strong creative instincts with a good sense of humor and storytelling

Understanding of what works with regional audiences especially in Tamil Nadu

Based in or willing to work from Noida (Sector 62)

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with regional influencer marketing

Knowledge of Tamil film, pop culture, and internet trends

Basic skills in graphic design or video editing
