Creative Manager / Art Director

As a Creative Manager / Art Director at Grant Thornton, you will be a visionary creative leader responsible for shepherding unexpected ideas from concept to execution. With over a decade of experience in creative roles, including leadership positions either in agencies or in-house, you will inspire and mentor a diverse creative team to achieve new creative heights. You will champion groundbreaking creative ideas, support refining creative processes, and serve as a tastemaker for the team's creative product. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing visionary creative leadership across various outputs such as design, video, UX, events, and emerging creative formats. - Inspiring and mentoring a diverse creative team to foster growth and facilitate their best work. - Championing groundbreaking creative ideas from ideation to execution across the global platform. - Supporting the refinement of creative processes to lead to truly differentiated, award-winning work. - Acting as a tastemaker and setting the vibe for the team's creative product to push for fresh perspectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 10 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team, with a minimum of 3 years in an art direction or creative lead role. - Demonstrated ability to lead integrated creative campaigns across various platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership, design innovation, and strategic thinking. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at articulating design rationale and collaborating effectively. - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and challenge the status quo. - Experience working in a global or multi-regional setup is highly desirable.
