Role

As the Creative Lead of our AI Video production Team, you will lead the creative vision and execution of AI-generated educational videos from concept development through final production ensuring each project meets teaching objectives and production style.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production of AI-generated educational videos, aligned with learning goals.
• Manage a team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high quality education videos for university level courses.
• Work with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals.
• Oversee production timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and maintain well organized asset libraries to ensure timely and high quality outputs.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance hands on creative work with team leadership.

Requirements

• A

  Bachelors

  in

  Animation

  ,

  Multimedia

  ,

  Visual Communication

  , or a related field.

• 5+ years

  of experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teams

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (

  Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Premiere Pro

  ) and

  familiarity with generative AI

  video tools
• Demonstrated expertise in

  conceptual storytelling

  and the ability to translate objectives into

  engaging narratives

• Understanding of video storytelling fundamentals

  : composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow.
• Solid skills in

  compositing, color theory, and color correction

  to ensure visual coherence and high production value.

• Ability to manage multiple projects
