Creative Lead

As a creative leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding a team of designers to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve developing and implementing a visionary design strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand identity. Ensuring high-quality execution across all design projects, maintaining consistency, and adhering to best practices will be crucial in this position. Your exceptional presentation and communication skills will be key in providing clear and effective creative direction and feedback to the team, guiding them in creating innovative and impactful design solutions. You should possess strong knowledge of web, interactive, presentation, and motion design, along with excellent design skills in typography, color, and art. The ability to translate designs across various media while maintaining brand strategies and elevating creative output is essential. In terms of branding knowledge, you will be responsible for designing materials that stay true to brand identity and style guidelines. Retaining and developing brand knowledge, including colors, logos, artwork, and style, will be part of your role. Your leadership and communication skills should be excellent, with a focus on supervisory, management, judgment, and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to encourage the professional development of staff and maximize team potential. The job requirements include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs and Figma, along with comprehensive knowledge of the design process from concepting to delivering final files. Experience with production work under tight deadlines, advanced knowledge of UX/UI principles, and delivering design assets to developers are crucial for this role. A background in graphic design, interactive design, advertising, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is required. English proficiency at the B2+ level is also necessary for this position.,
