As a creative director at our experience, you will be leading the creative department with a focus on nurturing and inspiring your team members. Working closely with graphic design and marketing teams, your role involves delivering compelling content that meets and exceeds consumer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with brand teams to generate fresh ideas for key accounts, encompassing social media communication, branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. You will stay abreast of trends, client needs, KPIs, consumer behaviors, and the latest marketing techniques to ensure innovative and effective strategies. Assisting clients promptly and professionally, you will resolve queries and create customized marketing plans tailored to individual client specifications. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction and copywriting within a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency. A comprehensive understanding of design, copy, digital/social practices, and brand development is essential.
