Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate effectively with the marketing team in order to provide comprehensive support across all areas of the Company, thereby enhancing the Company's brand, products, and services to ultimately attain the Company's long-term organizational objectives. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Planning and supervising the development of company advertisements. - Conceptualizing and executing ideas, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects, overseeing them through to completion. - Engaging with social media platforms, influencers, media outlets, and other regional marketing agencies for creative development and marketing campaigns. - Generating innovative ideas for brand awareness, trust-building, and PR campaigns. - Leading brainstorming and creative sessions to foster idea generation. - Crafting unique and well-crafted copy that aligns with both client requirements and our internal standards. - Reviewing content and presentations, providing constructive feedback to the team, and making decisions on idea approvals/rejections. - Mentoring and guiding team members to help them grow into proficient professionals. - Negotiating contracts for advertisements and campaigns. - Monitoring the outcomes of team efforts and recommending future actions. In order to be considered for this role, you should meet the following key selection criteria: - Qualifications: BSc/BA/MSc/MA in Advertising, Design, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading a successful Creative team. - Age: Between 30 and 45 years. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in various creative and marketing software. - Functional Skills: A solid comprehension of current marketing trends and campaigns, a strong aptitude for creativity and innovation, proven experience in a creative leadership role, adept project management and managerial abilities, hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development, as well as exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills.
