Creative Head

As a Creative Head at Annachy (Powered by Saravana Stores), you will be leading our creative team to drive innovative brand storytelling in the e-commerce space. Our company is an early-stage e-commerce venture backed by a renowned South Indian retail chain with over 50 years of legacy. We aim to provide online customers with a trusted shopping experience by delivering quality products at the lowest prices. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end creative strategy for branding, design, and marketing initiatives. You will be developing visually engaging campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, while leading a team of designers, content creators, and video editors to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative direction with business goals is essential, as well as innovating and experimenting with new design trends and storytelling techniques to enhance customer engagement. You will also be involved in UX/UI design for the website and app to improve user experience. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role. Expertise in design software and content creation tools is required, as well as a portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, design innovations, and storytelling expertise. You should have proven experience in managing creative projects from concept to execution and the ability to inspire and mentor a team while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
