Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer located in Kolkata. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing visual content, including graphics, branding materials, web design elements, and logos. The day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the marketing team, understanding client requirements, conceptualizing ideas, and delivering high-quality designs that align with our marketing strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Design visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create digital assets including banners, social media creatives, infographics, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Conduct user research and apply design best practices
• Stay updated with design tools, and technology updates
• Translate business requirements into engaging design solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphics design roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Basic video editing skills
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
