Creative Graphic Designer

As a Creative Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve designing original and engaging graphics for various platforms such as social media, digital campaigns, print materials, packaging, and branding. Using your skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, you will create high-resolution visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Collaboration with the marketing team is crucial to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. It is essential to maintain consistency in branding across all designs, edit and retouch images when necessary, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Keeping updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques is also a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design original and engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, packaging, and branding. - Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-resolution visual content. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Maintain consistency in branding across all designs and platforms. - Edit and retouch images as needed. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative work using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Excellent understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. - Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly and accurately. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive mindset. - Good communication and time management skills. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, our company values individuals with basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Canva, experience in branding, advertising, or social media design, and familiarity with printing processes and digital specifications.
