Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver outstanding creative work.
• Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Oversee all stages of the creative process from ideation and design to final execution ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and account management teams to maintain creative consistency.
• Review, refine, and approve visual assets, brand identities, digital ads, videos, and other creative deliverables.
• Stay abreast of design, marketing, and cultural trends to bring innovation to every project.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Foster a collaborative, inspiring, and results-driven creative culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in a creative leadership or art direction role (agency or brand side).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and campaign development work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and digital trends.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in directing photoshoots, video production, or motion design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and web development workflows.
• Strategic mindset with a balance of creativity and business understanding.
