At Marketing Lab, we power some of the most exciting D2C brands in India — and content is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Creative Director who can shape the visual and creative direction for all the shoots and content we produce across our portfolio of brands.

If you live and breathe content, understand brand aesthetics, and can lead creative execution from idea to shoot day — this is for you.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead the creative direction for all brand shoots — from pre-production to final output
• Translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts
• Collaborate closely with brand managers, content teams, and performance marketers
• Supervise and guide shoot execution – including styling, set design, mood, casting, and more
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and storytelling style across all platforms
• Keep an eye on trends and push creative boundaries to deliver scroll-stopping content

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar creative or art direction role
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work across fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands
• Deep understanding of how content performs on digital (especially Meta & UGC)
• Excellent taste, with a knack for translating mood-boards into reality
• A proactive mindset with strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Must be open to working from our Kolkata office (this is a full-time, in-office role)
