Job Description

Job Description:

We are hiring a Creative Director with 3 to 5 years of agency experience to shape and elevate our creative vision. You'll be working closely with designers, content creators, and strategists to deliver outstanding creative campaigns across digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the creative process from concept to execution.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align creative vision with brand objectives.
Mentor and inspire a team of designers and creatives.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all creative projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
Proven experience leading a creative team.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
