Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Reformedia, a leading personal branding and digital marketing agency based in India, your primary responsibility will be to craft visually engaging content tailored for Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals. If you possess a meticulous eye for design and a fervor for branding, we are excited to welcome you to our dynamic team! Your key duties will involve producing top-notch graphics, branding materials, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals. You will be tasked with conceptualizing innovative ideas that resonate with branding and digital marketing strategies. Collaboration with the content and marketing departments to generate visually captivating storytelling assets will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, ensuring uniformity in design and branding across diverse platforms will be essential. Staying abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is imperative as you manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is paramount. A strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design is essential. Your ability to think innovatively and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. While experience in motion graphics and video editing is advantageous, excellent communication and collaboration skills are non-negotiable. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with additional benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement. The schedule entails day shifts and morning shifts, and performance bonuses along with yearly bonuses are also part of the package. The work location is onsite at HiLite Business Park, Calicut.
